Casper's Halloween Special (a.k.a. Casper Saves Halloween and Casper the Friendly Ghost: He Ain't Scary, He's Our Brother) is a Halloween television special. This telefilm premiered October 30, 1979 on NBC and featured Casper the Friendly Ghost and the same cast as Casper and the Angels, produced by Hanna-Barbera and directed by Carl Urbano.

Turner Home Entertainment released Casper Saves Halloween on VHS on August 28, 1998.[1] It is now out of print but it can still be found online via Amazon.com & eBay.
